MS Access Command botton & Subform/Subreport Malfunction

The Command botton & Subform/Subreport under Access toobar can create button and subform/subreport but simply only that, and after that there is not wizard followed. For sure that is not code created either.

I have re-install the MS Office XP, replace ACWZMAIN.mde with a checked and working one. There is no error code indication under Code scripte references.

What went wrong?
